When booking an appointment for eyelash extensions & brow lamination in London, we will require your full name and contact number. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We need at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.

We ask for a deposit. The deposit will secure the appointment and is only refundable if you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 24 hours notice.

Failure to give us less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule will result in losing your deposit.

We also send a confirmation text the evening prior or the morning of your booking. If we do not receive a confirmation from you the day of your appointment, your slot may be given to another client.

ARRIVING EARLY / LATE

Your appointment time is meant especially for you. If you are late, we may have to cut your treatment short so it does not affect the next client. Please arrive on time, not too early or late, so I have enough time to deep clean in between clients.

COVID-19

Please use the hand sanitizer on arrival. 

Please bring your own refreshments to the appointment if required. 

I will always be wearing my mask.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have been in contact with someone positive for Covid-19, or if you have symptoms.

I will not be doing mobile visits, only at my salon, where I have a controlled sanitized environment.

REMOVE MAKE UP

For lash extension & brow services, please remove all eye makeup with an oil-free remover or mild soap prior to your appointment.

DON’T COME SICK

Because your lash & brow artist is so close to your face throughout the lashing process, avoid coming in with a raging illness. If you cancel and reschedule in time, your lash artist will understand. 

SHOWER BEFORE

Any lash die-hard knows how critical it is not to get your extensions wet after application. It will make your lashes last longer and show your technician you really appreciate their work.

COMMUNICATE

Your technician won’t be able to achieve your dream lashes and brows unless you tell them what you’re envisioning! Tell the lash & brow tech if you prefer long, short, full or natural lashes, and for brows whether you’re looking for a defined and full or a natural look. Make sure to listen to their opinion as well. They are the experts and will know if a desired look is damaging to your lashes or if the brows won’t suit you.
